You will build long-term customer relationships, address specific customer needs, and identify new sales opportunities. As a key player in our team, you will act as the technical advisor for GCB applications, collaborating closely with Project Management, Application, and Product Management teams.How You’ll Make an ImpactCustomer Relationships: Establish and maintain effective relationships to understand customer needs and promote our GCB offerings, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales processTechnical Support: Assist customers and the local sales organization in finding the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions, preparing demanding offers, and providing product/solution-related trainingSales Strategy: Define transfer prices, sell the entire GCB portfolio, and focus on volume, mix, and profitability targets.
