Our culture welcomes independent thinkers and centres around investment excellence, a long-term perspective and a dedication to client service.As Investor Onboarding & Oversight Officer part of Client Onboarding team of Pictet Asset Management (Europe) acting as management company, you will be responsible to assess investor risk, facilitate onboarding applying a risk-based approach and ensuring a positive experience. You will be in direct contact with salesforce and clients to collect and analyse AML KYC documentation considering various regulations in force and subsequent change.Your role
- Onboarding Process Management: Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new investors, performing initial screening, ensuring all necessary documentation and requirements are completed accurately and in a timely manner;
- Investor Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for new investors, providing them with personalized assistance, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns they may have during the onboarding process;
- Compliance and Due Diligence: Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure that all investor-related activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Conduct due diligence checks on potential investors as per risk based approach;
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of investor information, including contact details, risk assessment and compliance-related documentation (AML KYC, Beneficial owners, related parties).
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with investors by providing exceptional customer service and personalized support.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams, such as distribution team, sales, compliance, tax, operations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for investors. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement to enhance the investor onboarding journey.
- TA oversight: Perform AML TA register oversight in conjunction with Compliance in particular for HR and PEP accounts, blocking and report to Board / Management Committee.
- Assist the team and manager in transversal topics, new business initiatives related to Investor Onboarding.
- Reporting: Prepare investor related reports (Management information, Board report) and KPIs.
Your profileQualifications and experience:
- University degree (at least Bachelor’s degree).
- Minimum 3 years› experience in a similar function.
Specific knowledge:
- Previous experience in Investor onboarding, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Good knowledge of laws and regulations (AML-CFT, UCITS/AIFMD, Cross border).
- Knowledge of investment process applicable for UCITS and AIF funds.
Language skills:
- Fluent in French and English
