With around 15,000 employees, the Lindt & Sprüngli Group reported sales of CHF 5.47 billion in 2024.For our Headquarters in Kilchberg we are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Manager / Senior Manager Financial Reporting, reporting to the Head of Accounting & Tax.YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Financial Reporting
- IFRS responsibility for the Lindt & Sprüngli Group
- Compiling finance section of semi‐annual and annual report in accordance with IFRS
- Leading the preparational tasks for the IFRS 18 implementation
- Collaboration with Group Auditor during interim and year-end audit
- Providing Group-wide accounting support & guidance, including regular update of the Finance Manual and training for finance teams of subsidiaries
- Following up on the latest developments of IFRS, including impact assessment and implementation
- Lindt Internal Control System (LICS): Overall responsibility and main point of contact for subsidiaries, including regular reviews and compliance checks as well as building a LICS community
- Maintenance and support of Leasing reporting tool (Tagetik)
- Establish strong business partnering at Group and local level
- Regular accounting review of selected subsidiaries / countries
YOUR PROFILE:
- University degree in finance or business economics
- Degree as a certified public accountant
- At least 5 years of work experience in the areas of external audit and/or finance & reporting are required
- Good knowledge in MS Office and ERP systems, knowledge in CCH Tagetik is an asset
- Self-driven, highly committed and results-oriented
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and conceptual capabilities and good commercial understanding
- Excellent verbal and written skills in German and English
