Job Description
You will
- Deliver 1st- and 2nd-level support for laptops, workplace setups, and internal tools
- Handle onboarding/offboarding, including hardware provisioning and user access
- Manage and prioritise tickets across service desk and onsite support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in coordination with other teams
- Maintain IT documentation and contribute to process improvements
- Guide and support a junior team member in day-to-day tasks
You bring
- 4+ years› experience in IT support, ideally in an international and technical environment
- Solid knowledge of Windows environments
- Familiarity with Active Directory, remote access tools, and ticketing systems
- A structured, reliable working style and strong troubleshooting skills
- Fluent English communication skills, any other language is an asset
- Confidence working independently and mentoring others
