Job Description

You will

  • Deliver 1st- and 2nd-level support for laptops, workplace setups, and internal tools
  • Handle onboarding/offboarding, including hardware provisioning and user access
  • Manage and prioritise tickets across service desk and onsite support
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in coordination with other teams
  • Maintain IT documentation and contribute to process improvements
  • Guide and support a junior team member in day-to-day tasks

You bring

  • 4+ years› experience in IT support, ideally in an international and technical environment
  • Solid knowledge of Windows environments
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, remote access tools, and ticketing systems
  • A structured, reliable working style and strong troubleshooting skills
  • Fluent English communication skills, any other language is an asset
  • Confidence working independently and mentoring others
