Working closely with other go-to-market team members, you will engage with a diverse mix of client stakeholders to identify their needs and develop custom solutions across the life sciences value chain.ResponsibilitiesBuild client intimacy with key stakeholders at key accounts to drive business development opportunities within specific practice areas as well as for the broader IQVIA business.Help establish or further embed IQVIA as a trusted partner for the client, across functional and geographic areas in a coordinated, ‘One IQVIA’ go-to-market approach.Meet or exceed assigned sales/revenue targets by proactively engaging with clients to create business development opportunities for IQVIA.Act as principal owner of both client relationships, proposals and engagements; ultimate responsibility for delivering high quality/added value in e.very project and client satisfaction.Allocate direction, advice, and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams.Provide input and ensure development of client reports and presentations.Ability to deliver all or significant portions of findings to clients.Provide follow-up with clients after project deliverables have been completed to ensure client satisfaction and continued engagement.Lead thought leadership and firm building initiatives and contribute to the enhanced awareness of IQVIA consulting services in the marketplace, e.g. through speaking engagements, client meetings, and publications.Mentor, coach, and share feedback and subject matter expertise with others to help develop individuals and capabilities delivering world-class solutions for clients.Participate in annual performance review team processes as requried.Engage in recruitment and selection of new staff.Desired Skills and ExperienceMinimum 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Expertise in various of the following domains: real-world evidence, medical affairs, HEOR, market access, commercial strategy and operations, data science and analytics.Significant part of previous experience gained in consulting / professional services.Strong interest and experience in developing and delivering innovative solutions across the product lifecycle.Proven success in selling complex and/or strategic engagements to HQ / Global level.A track record in building client relationships, ideally including experience of account strategy.Commercial awareness, including experience in balancing scope management and client relationship to ensure commercial objectives are met.Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a solution-orientated mindset.Offerings’ development experience – familiarity with accepted innovations models e.g., open innovation, ideation, product platforming, immersion or similar would be beneficial.Proven ability to advance ambiguous or conceptual ideas to decision points, while engaging multiple stakeholders, internal and clients.Experience in managing virtual teams and enabling individuals to perform, grow and deliver client work to high-quality and standards.Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
