About the roleAt YOTEL, our mission is to challenge the status quo – it’s our DNA.We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Steward to support our kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and efficiency in the kitchen.More specifically, responsibilities will include the following:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
  • Wash dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery efficiently
  • Assist chefs with basic food preparation when needed
  • Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling procedures
  • Follow all hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations
  • Support the kitchen team in maintaining smooth operations

The skills we are looking for are:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment (preferred but not required)
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
