Dann haben wir vielleicht genau die richtige Stelle für Dich…Über BoroboticsWir haben eine neue Methode zur Erstellung von Bohrungen für Erdwärmepumpen erfunden, die sich für kleine Räume wie Keller oder dicht besiedelte Gebiete eignet. Das liegt daran, dass unsere Bohrer keinen Bohrturm oder Bohrgestänge benötigen, wie die riesigen Bohrgeräte, die Du vielleicht schon gesehen hast. Unsere Bohrmaschine ist nur 2.7 Meter lang und hat einen Durchmesser von 120 mm und wird komplett elektrisch und autonom betrieben – Es ist sozusagen ein Regenwurm-Roboter, der sich kontinuierlich in den Boden frisst. Dieses Bohrprinzip ist nicht nur sehr energieeffizient und leise, sondern auch kontrollierbar. Wir sind ein Start-up, das aus der Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften hervorgegangen ist, und wir sind begeistert davon, unseren Roboter in die Realität umzusetzen.Wir spielen Fussball und kein Tennis. Für unsere Mannschaft suchen wir deshalb eine:n Mitspieler:in, der/die unsere Vision versteht und vor allem Lust hat, ein tolles Produkt zu entwickeln.Über DichDeine Aufgaben:

Kreative Lösungssuche und Konzeptentwicklungen
Konstruktion und Berechnung von Bauteilen/-gruppen des Bohrroboters
Internationale Lieferantenabstimmung
Aufbau von Prototypen
Testplanung und -durchführung im Labor und in realer Umgebung

Dein Profil:

Studium des Maschinenbaus/Maschinentechnik, Abschluss Bachelor oder Master
Vertiefte Kenntnisse in der Produktentwicklung / Konstruktion
CAD Software Solidworks, Catia oder ähnliches
Wünschenswert: Kenntnisse in der Antriebstechnik wie bspw. Getriebe und/oder Steuerung- / Regelungstechnik und/oder Strukturmechanik
Interesse und Bereitschaft mit unserem Startup die nächsten Schritte zu gehen
Freude am Arbeiten im einem (noch) kleinen Team
Fliessend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
Gute Englischkenntnisse (vor allem mündlich)

Then we might have just the right position for you…About BoroboticsWe have invented a new method for geothermal drilling suitable for small spaces such as basements or densely populated areas. This is because our drills do not require a drilling tower or drilling pipes, such as the massive conventional drills you may have already seen in use. Our entire drilling mechanism is housed within a 2.7-meter-long by 120 mm-diameter tube that autonomously drills the borehole, much like an earthworm moves through the ground. This drilling principle is not only very energy-efficient and quiet but also controllable in its movement. We are a startup that spun off from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences, and we are eager to make our robot a reality.We play soccer, not tennis. Therefore, we are looking for a team player who understands our vision and is excited to contribute to the development of our innovative product.About youYour responsibilities:

Creative problem solving and concept development
Construction and design of components/assemblies of the drilling robot
International supplier coordination
Construction of prototypes
Test planning and execution in the laboratory and in a real environment

Your profile:

Degree in mechanical engineering, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
In-depth knowledge of product development / design
CAD software Solidworks, Catia or similar
Desirable: knowledge of gearboxes and/or control engineering and/or structural mechanics
Interest and willingness to take the next steps with our start-up
Enjoy working in a (still) small team
Fluent in written and spoken German
Good command of English (especially verbal)
