Your missionServe as the main point of contact for new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutionsGuide customers through the entire order process, offering advice on available solutionsCoordinate customer lifecycle processes and address any improvement suggestions or change requestsManage and process customer orders, including data entry, paperwork, and follow-upsGuide customers through the onboarding process, including e-commerce introductionsProvide support for administrative tasks, such as maintaining pricing schemes for different marketsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear, timely, and proactive communicationUtilize the company’s ERP system (Microsoft Business Central) and CRM tool (Hubspot) for efficient and accurate order processingQualificationsCommercial apprenticeship and/or further education in customer service4+ years of experience in customer service, preferably within the industry or medical/veterinary sector * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
