Working closely with global, regional, and local teams, as well as Data Science and Scientific Communications, you’ll help fill critical evidence gaps and unlock the value of real-world data across diverse healthcare markets.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an evidence and data strategy tailored to IO markets, aligned with global integrated evidence generation plans
- Identify and prioritize clinical, economic, and regulatory evidence needs and gaps across IO countries
- Guide pre- and post-launch evidence generation to support market access, commercial success, and clinical adoption
- Monitor and assess competitors› real-world evidence strategies to inform proactive planning
- Collaborate with RWE teams, Global Data Science, and local stakeholders to guide initiatives, align strategies, and optimize use of in-country data assets
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or Master’s) in a relevant healthcare field preferred (e.g., epidemiology, health economics, public health, biostatistics, data science).
- At least 5+ years of experience in real-world evidence, HEOR, data strategy, or related roles in pharma or healthcare.
- Proven ability to lead evidence and data strategy initiatives with a holistic, business-aligned approach.
- Strong expertise in real-world data sources, with hands-on experience in leveraging RWD for strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with success in global, cross-functional environments.
