  • Executive support coordination – Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior leadership teams, managing complex calendars and strategic meeting coordination
  • Travel logistics management – Organize and coordinate all travel arrangements ensuring compliance with current company guidelines and policies
  • Digital platform maintenance – Keep organizational charts, distribution lists, and team information current within MS Teams and other collaborative platforms
  • Event coordination support – Assist with logistics planning and administrative tasks for conferences, meetings, and special events
  • Stakeholder relationship building – Maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key clients
  • Team transition facilitation – Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing team members
  • Budget tracking assistance – Collaborate with project managers on budget monitoring and financial tracking for multiple teams

Your profile

  • Educational background – Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commercial training, or related field
  • Professional experience – Proven track record as Senior Administrative Assistant supporting C-level executives
  • Organizational excellence – Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Communication mastery – Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Technical proficiency – Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Confidentiality standards – Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Collaborative mindset – Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective relationships across all organizational levels
  • Adaptability focus – Flexible approach to changing priorities and dynamic work environments
