Start: September 2025Reporting to IWC’s Global Head of Team Performance and Digital Training, the Team Performance Training Manager plays a pivotal role in elevating commercial excellence across all markets. Responsible with the creation and deployment of the global training strategy, this individual empowers IWC representatives-both internal and external-to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed ambitious sales targets. With frequent international travel to key markets, the Team Performance Training Manager ensures all client-facing teams are equipped to embody the IWC’s values while driving growth.YOUR MISSION AT IWC.
- Analyze commercial KPIs across all channels to identify actionable insights and drive sales-centric initiatives in collaboration with Direct-to-Customer (DTC), Sales, CRM and Customer Experience (CX) teams.
- Lead the “Train the Trainer” strategy to scale performance and foster local team excellence.
- Design and implement comprehensive 360° training and coaching plans tailored to market-specific sales goals.
- Conduct on-site visits across priority Point of Sales (POS) to reinforce action plan execution and ensure retail excellence at the point of sale.
- Coach boutique and POS staff, including managers, on performance drivers such as KPI optimization, CRM mastery, and elevated clienteling techniques.
- Develop and deliver sales-focused training programs aligned with global priorities (e.g., Selling Ceremony, Brand DNA, and Product Storytelling).
- Partner with Digital Learning to create e-learning content for IWC’s digital learning app.
- Continuously innovate and refine global sales training methods to reflect evolving customer expectations and luxury retail standards.
- Monitor training impact through boutique performance metrics and customer experience evaluations, ensuring continuous improvement and impacts on business.
HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in the areas of business / communications / marketing / or similar tertiary education.
- Demonstrated success in physical retail environments with strong sales leadership.
- Corporate-level experience in training, coaching, sales or team development.
- A natural communicator with a passion for people development.
- Strong public speaking and facilitation skills, able to inspire and influence high-performing teams.
- Verbal / written proficiency in English (written and spoken), any other languages are a plus.
- The Job is located at IWC headquarters in Schaffhausen.
- Willing to travel up to 70%.
