With strong medicines pipeline our current transformation will not just deliver growth for our business but continue to allow us to bring innovative medicines to patients quickly.Job DescriptionAbout the roleOur ambition is to be leaders in immunology across international markets and, Remibrutinib is at the core and center being a prioritized launch for the organization.The Director International, Remibrutinib, plays a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of the end-to-end brand strategy of Remibrutinib across major international markets. As part of the International commercial team this role will closely work with the top three countries (Germany, Japan, and China) and Regions, driving the successful launch and growth of Remibrutinib, supporting the launch of CSU and other upcoming indications.The incumbent will collaborate closely with International Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Customer & Market Activation teams to drive consistent strategy development and execution.Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, including, product positioning, differentiation, and scientific message to maximize market penetration
  • Partner with the launch teams of the top 3 countries (China, Japan, and Germany) to create robust strategic plans, ensuring meticulous execution and performance measurement
  • Continually collect and integrate feedback from countries and regions to refine and enhance brand strategy and specific projects or deliverables
  • Analyze market trends and market research, capturing perspective from customers, deeply understanding market dynamics, competition. Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Support Remibrutinib International Commercialization Excellence (ICE) initiatives, driving best practices in customer engagement strategies

Essential requirements:

  • +10 years of commercial experience across various functions in country(s) and/or above country, demonstrating a broad and deep understanding of the commercial landscape
  • Proven track record of successful launches, with commercial experience in core markets
  • Marketing experience, ideally in immunology, working with dermatologists/allergologist
  • Team player in high-performing/high-growth brands or markets, with a clear understanding of key drivers that influence shifting customer and patient behaviors to ensure successful asset launches
  • Strong track record in collaborating and partnering with cross-unit, cross-functional & key markets to achieve strategic and performance targets

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, drive cross-functional collaboration, and think strategically in dynamic environments.
