Job Description
An experienced Software Engineer is sought to join a Vision Engineering team focused on developing advanced Inspection & Metrology (IM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine vision. Software Engineer (Machine Vision, Inspection and Metrology)Our client is an international engineering company.Description
- Design and implement machine vision software for IM applications.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and traceable software delivery.
- Validate, document, and package software for deployment to production and customer environments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on architecture, tools, and integration.
- Provide technical support, training, and documentation to global teams.
- Conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Travel internationally up to 20% to support production and customer sites.
Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Image Processing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in machine vision (knowledge of softwares such as Matrox Imaging Library, OpenCV…)
- Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns (, UML).
- Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration in software development is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
