Their Digital Office team is growing — and they want you to be a part of it.Your Mission: Keep the Cloud Flowing & SecureAs a Senior System Administrator/Engineer, you’ll take ownership of cloud-based systems and modern workplace solutions — driving stability, security, and smart automation across Microsoft Azure and M365 platforms.Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize cloud environments, from Azure to Microsoft 365
  • Manage Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and more
  • Implement security strategies (IAM, data protection, patching, vulnerability mgmt.)
  • Lead smaller IT projects independently and proactively contribute your ideas
  • Ensure seamless lifecycle and patch management across devices and servers
  • Oversee SSL/TLS certificates, DNS, and network configurations
  • Deliver 2nd- and 3rd-level support and resolve technical challenges
  • Conduct hands-on user training and maintain clear documentation
  • Continuously improve internal systems and contribute to security compliance

What You Bring to the Table

  • Degree in IT or Business Informatics (HF/FH or equivalent)
  • At least 5 years of experience as a System/Cloud/DevOps Engineer in enterprise or SME environments
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Compute, Networking, IAM, Security)
  • Solid experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Intune, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Excellent automation skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Deep understanding of Windows Server and basic Linux/networking know-how
  • Keen interest in information security and willingness to help shape internal standards
  • Structured, analytical, and pragmatic work style
  • Fluent German and solid English skills.

Nice-to-haves: AZ-104/305, MS-102, ITIL v4, Azure DevOps, Sentinel, Purview, ISOknowledge, experience with Atlassian tools, team leadership, French skills.What You’ll Get in Return
