Job Description
As part of the International Retail Operations department the Retail Operations Analyst will play a key role in supporting retail growth and operational excellence across international markets.We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and independent professional who can quickly integrate into the team and balance strategic insights with hands-on execution. - Deliver insights and analysis for Retail Review Governance and seasonal market trends.
- Support EMEA retail operations: costing, business case development, back-office implementation, system configuration, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and calendar planning with the Business Analytics Manager.
- Contribute to the rollout of new tools and initiatives to boost retail sales (, pre-sale modules).
Go-to-Market Support (20%)
- Prepare content for Commercial teams.
- Help implement retail activation events (, open doors, contests) to energize the dealer network.
Retail Financing & Extended Warranty (30%)
- Drive improvements and standardization in the European retail financing ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure visibility of financing offers.
- Support subsidized financing programs: costing, bank discussions, business cases, approvals, system setup, and User Acceptance Testing.
ProfileEducation & Experience
- 2-10 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, commercial or marketing roles in an international environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent in English is a must (Written and Spoken); other European languages are a plus.
Must-Have Technical Skills
- Expert in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a strong plus
- Ability to present data clearly and analytically, synthesize information, and explain insights to C-level stakeholders.
- Skilled at transforming data into actionable business recommendations.
