DWS CH AG manages approximately EUR 90bn AUM and employs 41 diverse employees across all business divisions. You will sign responsible for and lead a team of professionals pitching our investment solutions to Insurances, Pensions and Consultants. You will report directly into the CEO of DWS CH AG.Your responsibilities:Extensive network in the pension fund, consulting, and insurance sectorsExpertise in Active, Passive and Alternatives – especially mandate businessStrong technical background in all key regulatory and accounting aspects of supporting insurance and pension funds, such as wrapper issues (e.g., ELTIF), solvency capital regimes (e.g., Solvency 2), or accounting (e.g., developments regarding IFRS).In-depth understanding of the reporting requirements of sophisticated insurance and pension funds.In-depth understanding of traditional asset classes, both actively and passively implemented, as well as understanding of client-specific requirements (such as book yield vs. TRR).Experience in developing and placing alternative investment products, particularly real estate, private debt, and infrastructure.Experience in a large, international organization implementing Swiss-specific perspectives.We are looking for:Track record in business development: successfully developed new business in the Swiss institutional asset management market.Management experience: technical and personnel management experience.At least 10 years of relevant experience in international financial markets.Relevant Master’s degree, preferably a CFA, CAIA and ESG certifications are a plusComfortable working in a complex matrix organizationVery good intercultural communication, planning and organizational skillsExcellent (Swiss) German and English language skillsUniversity degree, ideally in finance, banking, business administration, economics, etc.CFA/CAIA is an advantageHigh degree of initiative and independence; assertiveness and resilienceQuick comprehension, creativity, and analytical thinking skillsStrong teamwork skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders as well as in a matrix organization are essential.Many years of experience, including leading larger teamsVery good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)What we’ll offer you:At DWS we’re serious about diversity, equity and creating an inclusive culture where colleagues can be themselves sand it’s important to us that you enjoy coming to work – feeling healthy, happy and rewarded.
