Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Manager to support our dynamic Legal Team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-level contracts and play a key part in ongoing legal and commercial projects.Your Responsibilities:Assist in drafting and proofreading contractual documents and legal correspondence, including processing amendmentsSupport the Legal Team in managing legal processes and documentation efficientlyDraft, analyse, interpret, and negotiate sophisticated agreements with internal and external business partnersContribute to specific legal and commercial projectsWe are looking for:Preferably English qualified lawyer with professional experience and expertise in common law as well as maritime lawStrong commercial understanding, particularly in relation to legal requirements for international trade and operationsGuarantor for professional contract handling and filing; demonstrates high levels of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of German is a plusTeam player with strong interpersonal skillsFlexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWhat we offer:Join us in a dynamic and rewarding work environment where you will engage with a diverse array of commodities in global markets.
