As our Workday Product Owner, you will own and drive our Workday roadmap, ensuring that it delivers real business value while enabling a seamless employee and HR experience. You will act as the mastermind of our ongoing Workday implementation and optimization, orchestrating stakeholders across Switzerland and Italy while ensuring a stable, scalable, and future-ready Workday environment for our people.Responsibilities
- Own and drive the Workday product roadmap across Swisscom the whole Swisscom group (CH & EU), aligning it with business priorities and HR strategy while facilitating effective decision-making with Business and HR leadership
- Plan and deliver Workday projects and continuous improvements, coordinating with HR Technology module leads and process owners to ensure effective design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Drive design decisions and prioritization across modules and processes, ensuring optimal utilization, user adoption, and measurable value delivery
- Ensure governance, data integrity, and compliance within Workday while collaborating with IT and partners on integrations, security, and technical enhancements.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in English (spoken and written), professional fluency in German, French, and/or Italian are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with structured communication to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong, multi-year hands-on Workday configuration and implementation experience across multiple modules (e.g. Core HCM, Security, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Extend); certifications are a plus
- Solid understanding of HR processes, structures, and data models in large organizations, with the ability to translate business needs into effective system designs
- Track record of leading HR technology projects/ workstreams with multiple stakeholders, aligning technical capabilities with business priorities
- Familiarity with payroll integrations and HR data interfaces is an advantage
