?? Contract Duration: –Are you ready to take the lead in quality control for cutting-edge biopharmaceutical projects? As a QC Project Lead, you’ll be the key interface between Quality Control, Production, QA, and external partners—ensuring alignment, compliance, and excellence across every stage of the manufacturing lifecycle.?? Your Mission
- Act as the single point of contact for QC in cross-functional project teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Lead QC planning and execution for production campaigns, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Manage GMP documentation, change controls, deviations, and support audits and inspections.
- Monitor QC-related project costs and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Coordinate and prioritize QC activities across departments with autonomy and strategic insight.
?? What You Bring
- Master’s or PhD in biology, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, or a related field.
- Experience in GMP environments and quality control is a strong asset.
- Fluent in German and English—both written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with Documentum, LIMS, or Trackwise is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in dynamic, cross-functional teams.
