Salesforce Configuration :

  • Assist in the ongoing use, and implementation of Salesforce.com.
  • Support the customisation of Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
  • Ensure first level daily assistance to UBP Salesforce users  Project Support:
  • Provide assistance on questions / requests related to Salesforce.
  • Offer technical support and guidance under supervision to ensure successful project execution.

Learn to analyse business requirements and contribute to effective Salesforce solutions.Documentation and testing:

  • Assist in writing documentation for Salesforce processes and configurations.
  • Support the development and execution of testing plans to ensure system functionality and reliability.
  • Help maintain records of changes and updates to Salesforce systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce under guidance.
