About the roleWe’re seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure an exceptional guest experience, and drive performance.Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will serve as a key member of the Food & Beverage management team.More specifically, responsibilities will include the following:

  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff
  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and guest satisfaction
  • Schedule shifts and manage payroll records

The skills we are looking for are:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
