🧭 Engagement Lead – Advisory Projects (3-4 month contract)📍 Location: Geneva area (Hybrid)
🕒 Type: Fixed-term (3 to 4 months)
📅 Start Date: Mid-August or Early September 2025 Your MissionWe are looking for a strategic and experienced Engagement Lead to drive high-impact advisory projects. You will lead engagements end-to-end-from diagnostic assessments to identifying improvement opportunities and drafting actionable recommendations for senior leadership.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead advisory projects from planning to final reporting
  • Conduct organizational diagnostics, benchmarking, and stakeholder interviews
  • Develop strategic options and change initiatives
  • Present findings to senior stakeholders and facilitate decision-making
  • Manage a small project team and ensure high-quality deliverables
