We’re looking for a :
Duration : 6 monthsThe successful applicant will join TL&G in the Fast Screening Laboratories in Neuchâtel whose objective is to provide high quality analytical data from tobacco products. This also includes improvement of current methods and/or validation of new analytical methods in order to support the Risk Reduced Products (RRPs).Specifically, her/his main accountabilities will be:
- Perform various physical laboratory analyses such as Omiflex, Aging Study, water activity according to the analytical methods
- Participate to the development and validation of analytical methods and qualification of instruments used
- Work in close collaboration with the production personnel in order to ensure necessary skills as well as the implementation of good practices to meet our quality standards.
- Perform problem-solving techniques and maintenance of instruments.
- Organize planning activities and manage interaction with partners
- College: laboratory technician
- At least 2 years of experience in laboratory accredited environment (ISO 17025) is an asset
- At ease with quality systems and database management (LIMS)
- Fluency in English and French is an asset
