- Maintaining a customer service territory ensuring sales are fully supported in order management via inbox, phone, and electronic submissions. Monitoring and mitigating invoice disputes to resolution
- Building and maintaining a positive working environment that attracts and retains high quality staff, promoting a sense of customer service excellence, teamwork, motivation, recognition, and continuous improvement.
- Nurturing relationships and maintaining open lines of communication with internal and external department team members and senior leaders.
- Supporting and advocating company and departmental policies, processes, business goals and initiatives and proactively adapting and embracing change to serve as a role model for team members.
- Providing proactive coaching to CSR as needed on specific performance standards, policy, procedure compliance, accuracy, and process knowledge for continuous improvement.
- Maintaining familiarization with training job aids and reference materials to identify the need for updates and enhancements as applicable and to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyzing weekly reports, productivity and efficiency of the team on an ongoing basis to ensure business goals and key performance targets are met to achieve maximum operational performance. This requires identifying workgroup overloads and other issues impacting performance and taking appropriate action as needed.
The essential requirements for the job include:
- 3+ experience of Customer Service experience
- Previous experience within a leadership role
- Knowledge of BEC LS products as well as the systems and tools used to process and managed orders.
- Knowledge of Transport/logistic processes related to revenue recognition
- Good IT skills and experience with Oracle or similar ERP system
