- Lead automation projects within the Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) department.
- Develop, optimize, and support automation systems for diagnostic manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure seamless automation integration.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging automation technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Proven experience in automation within a diagnostics, biopharmaceutical, or healthcare manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in PLC, SCADA, and industrial control systems.
- Knowledge of GMP regulations and validation processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
