  • Lead automation projects within the Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) department.
  • Develop, optimize, and support automation systems for diagnostic manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure seamless automation integration.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging automation technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in automation within a diagnostics, biopharmaceutical, or healthcare manufacturing environment.
  • Strong expertise in PLC, SCADA, and industrial control systems.
  • Knowledge of GMP regulations and validation processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
