Job Description
Within our Strategic Marketing High-End Perfume Team, based in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a :Strategic Marketing Trainee – Perfume DivisionReporting to the High-End Strategic Marketing Manager, you will support the marketing team managing the High-End and Niche portfolio by :
- Assisting high-end and niche teams in the product development process by providing analysis to support decision-making
- Contributing to the development of the right product strategy, assortment and price benchmarking
- Supporting the product development and marketing team, as well as the creative, sales, planning, production, legal and pricing teams, and following up with agencies to develop the necessary content, production, legal and pricing teams, and following up with agencies to develop the necessary content
- Supporting the creation of a toolbox and battery of digital assets, collaborating with trade marketing, digital and social media teams and, ultimately, markets to develop the strongest and most effective plan possible
- Studying the performance of your launches by market and proposing relevant actions
What You Will Learn :
- Development of analytical skills through performance monitoring and strategic recommendation based on market launches.
- A comprehensive view of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to go-to-market execution.
- Cross-functional collaboration by working closely with marketing, sales, creative, planning, production, legal, and pricing teams.
- Strategic thinking through assortment planning and price benchmarking analysis.
- Project management and communication skills through coordination with agencies and contribution to the creation of digital toolkits in collaboration with trade marketing and digital teams.
- A deeper understanding of the luxury/high-end product segment and the associated industry challenges.
Your Background :You have a university degree in Economics or Marketing and a strong interest in a strategic marketing experience in in Luxury/Beauty products.With a particular sensitivity to luxury products and their refined aesthetics, you have a genuine passion for perfumes. Curious and capable of innovative thinking, you bring forth creative and bold ideas, which you know how to implement pragmatically. You possess a solid analytical mindset and demonstrate strong commitment.Proactive and meticulous, you have exceptional organizational skills and are able to manage multiple operational projects simultaneously. With your communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities, you navigate easily in a multicultural environment.Fluent in English, French and/or Italian would be an advantage.
