Job Description
Our client is an innovative biopharmaceutical company focused on developing life-changing therapies for patients with genetic diseases and cancers. With a strong presence across the EMEA region and a headquarters in Zurich, they operate in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment that encourages independent thinking, transparency, and scientific excellence.DescriptionIn this key support role, you will report directly to the Head of EMEA, Commercial, and act as a strategic and highly professional partner. Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing complex calendars, schedules, and international/domestic travel for executive leadership
- Coordinating meetings, events, and conferences (onsite and external), including logistics and materials preparation
- Handling highly confidential business information and correspondence with discretion
- Preparing and proofreading presentations, reports, and internal communications
- Managing expense reporting and purchase orders via Concur and other internal systems
- Supporting contract and vendor management (statements of work, MSAs, POs)
- Collaborating with other EAs and departments on cross-functional initiatives
- Participating in project-related administrative work and driving team-wide efficiencies
- Being onsite in Zug twice per week to ensure close collaboration with stakeholders
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a senior Executive Assistant role, preferably supporting C-level leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Concur and digital collaboration tools is a plus
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities; thrives under pressure and manages shifting priorities with ease
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and discreet in handling sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism
